Ever thought about having 5 axis capability?
We can set up the rotary function as a full 4th axis, controlled by your CNC control. The tilt is set up as an M-Code positioning axis. Though it is not a true 5 axis, this is a 4 axis with a programmable 5th, giving you the best of both worlds at a fraction of the cost. The tilt is controlled by a stand alone controller and interfaced with RS232 serial communication. Programing is simple, and you have 5 axis capability.
